Just a short note to let you know that our move went excellent.

Joan is the best move coordinator ever for April and myself in service, personality, and professionalism.   I can say the same for Brad as well, he positively knows what he is doing, and does it well.  There was not one request he did not take seriously and carry out 100%.  Joan new of some difficult times I was going through, and said she was giving me the best crew she had, and I agree that she did just that.  We liked Mark and Scott as well, they were very hard workers, and cared about protecting our belongings along with getting them in the right place and setup at the new home in York.

When surveyed by phone I gave a 5 rating across the board, except the last question which was a 10.  This is our sixth house to purchase, and our 4th move by a major carrier.  We have had United and North American in the past, and they did not come anywhere near to your quality of service in comparison.

I will recommend contacting Joan to anyone I know of that needs a mover in the future.  My manager has been moved by you twice, and recommended you, that is why I contacted your company, and Joan took it from there.  Hopefully I won’t be contacting her again about moving, we want to stay put!  We will call her however to say THANKS!
