Alan: I understand that you are Joan Dratch's supervisor. I recently dealt with Joan on a move from Pennsylvania to Florida and then back again to Pennsylvania. I just wanted to write and let you know that I have never received such caring and customer-oriented customer service with any other company that I have ever dealt with. Not only was Joan very responsive and helpful, she treated me as though I were a personal friend that she really cared about, even though we, of course, had never met. I don't generally take the time to write commendation letters (in fact, this is a first) but Joan's service was so outstanding, I just had to write and ask you to especially recognize her.
